Leads IT operations in a multi-shift manufacturing environment, prioritizing production uptime, plant systems reliability, IT/OT infrastructure, and rapid issue resolution. Manages plant IT staff, supports automation and capital projects, oversees outages, backups, disaster recovery, cybersecurity practices, vendors, budgets, and system integrations. Provides hands-on support for SCADA, manufacturing systems, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and users across plant and corporate locations. Requires strong leadership, troubleshooting, project management, and industrial technology experience.
