Own full-cycle sales for public safety customers: outbound, discovery, demos, pilots, procurement, negotiation, and close. Generate pipeline through outbound, conferences, and referrals. Build relationships across police, sheriffs, prosecutors, and federal LEOs. Navigate public-sector buying (RFPs, grants, cooperative purchasing) and co-lead pilots to convert users into champions. Help define GTM strategy, bring customer feedback to product, and represent the company at national conferences. Significant travel required.

Founding Operations Lead will build and run core operational processes: plan conferences and trainings, coordinate end-to-end customer launches with police/prosecutors, manage office and internal operations, support business development logistics, own recruiting/talent and onboarding, source/manage merch and vendors, and improve repeatable playbooks and candidate experience as the company scales.
