Supports plant construction, expansion, renovation, and manufacturing equipment projects through process controls and electrical engineering expertise. Develops controls specifications, manages engineering projects, vendors, contractors, budgets, and schedules, and serves as technical authority. Maintains equipment documentation, work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, spare-parts records, and procurement data. Troubleshoots systems, recommends efficiency improvements, and ensures compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, sanitation, FDA, OSHA, and USDA requirements.
