Manage relationships with MSP partners across EMEA, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and growth. Deliver tailored Microsoft 365 product demos, lead technical discovery and proof-of-value engagements, support sales cycles and RFPs, enable and train partners, advocate in M365/MSP communities, and relay customer feedback to product teams to drive adoption and product improvement.
