  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on US benefits, policies and the employee handbook.

  • Coordinate multi-state employment compliance in partnership with Sequoia One and external advisers, including state registrations, exempt/non-exempt classifications and applicable EEO-1 and ACA reporting.

  • Contribute to office-capacity planning by providing US headcount and workforce insights, and partner with the Office Manager to create a positive and engaging employee experience within the Tampa office.

Partnering:

  • Partner with US leaders, coaching them through employee relations, performance and conduct matters.

  • Partner with and support the UK People Partner in delivering biannual performance reviews and pulse surveys across the US, providing local insight and supporting leaders with resulting actions.

  • Help embed inforcer’s culture and values across the US business.

  • Partner with L&D to evaluate learning initiatives, identify capability gaps and recommend further interventions.
