Perform regulatory compliance audits and consulting for banking clients from planning through reporting. Build client relationships, execute audit fieldwork, prepare workpapers and reports, present findings, manage multiple engagements, and travel to client sites as needed.

Provide full-cycle HR support including recruiting and onboarding, biweekly payroll administration (Paylocity), benefits and leave management, HRIS data maintenance, compliance and reporting, and employee relations to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-focused HR services in a regulated banking environment.
