Support daily HR operations including employee inquiries, recordkeeping, onboarding, recruiting logistics, HRIS and reporting, compliance tasks, performance review coordination, and administrative support to improve people processes and employee experience.

Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, develop sourcing strategies and employer branding, manage high-volume and leadership hires, oversee ATS job postings, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, build talent pipelines, manage talent acquisition and onboarding teams, and represent the company at recruitment events.

Manage branch operations and serve as backup to the Branch Manager. Oversee dispatching, scheduling, estimating, inventory, fleet and facility maintenance, safety compliance (OSHA, incident reporting), and employee recruitment/training. Ensure accurate paperwork, P&L awareness, vendor permit management, and cooperation with subcontractors to deliver traffic control services.
