Trainee will provide research and administrative support for the Indo-Pacific Program, assist the China Global podcast, help with communications and event coordination, maintain the program contact database, and engage on policy topics related to the Indo-Pacific. Part-time, paid internship requiring Mandarin and English proficiency and regional policy interest.

Coordinate institutional partnership lifecycle for foundations, public and multilateral funders: proposals, agreements, reporting, stewardship, and donor engagement. Support senior fundraising staff, prepare briefings and research, track opportunities and deadlines, coordinate with Finance and program teams, and ensure compliance with funder requirements.

Senior strategic partner to the President responsible for coordinating institutional priorities, executive operations, board engagement, and cross-functional initiatives. Builds systems and operating rhythms for decision-making, manages Executive Office budget and staff, oversees special projects, represents the President with stakeholders, and supports donor and board relations. Requires strong judgment, political acumen, and experience leading complex organizational change in mission-driven institutions.

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support and enterprise systems administration including account and access management (Azure AD/AD, Exchange, Office 365), CRM/ERP support, integrations, endpoint and MDM management, AV/video conferencing/event support, system monitoring, documentation, and participation in IT projects to maintain secure, reliable IT services.

Manage the full lifecycle of private sector partnerships for U.S. and European corporate and individual funders: coordinate proposals, agreements, reporting, renewals, and stewardship; track deadlines and compliance; prepare briefings and research; support senior-staff donor meetings; collaborate with Resource Development, programs, and Finance on proposals, budgets, and funder requirements; identify and track new funding opportunities.
