Serve as the dealership Subaru product expert and Delivery Specialist, conducting 14–60 day Love-Encore redeliveries, onboarding new owners to vehicle features and STARLINK, managing follow-up/scheduling, supporting sales/service teams, tracking feedback and incentives, and promoting the program through customer-facing content.
