Support HR administration in a community bank: maintain personnel files, assist payroll/benefits documentation, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, provide administrative support, track HR records, and contribute to special HR projects.

Develop and manage commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Syracuse market; structure, negotiate, and close commercial and commercial real estate loans; perform credit analysis and financial statement review; manage portfolio monitoring and annual reviews; collaborate with internal partners and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding market presence through networking and community engagement.

Administer and support Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM for Accounting and Finance: manage security, integrations, reporting, GL structures, automated processes, SmartView connectivity, AP/ACH support, year-end and regulatory filing support, documentation, end-user training, and coordination with vendors/Oracle.
