Run targeted outreach campaigns, conduct structured initial screens (licensure, availability, location, compensation), maintain ATS/Greenhouse records, re-engage silver-medalists, provide polished candidate summaries to recruiters, and deliver daily pipeline updates while supporting physician sourcing as needed.
