Supports People & Culture operations across hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS transactions, compliance tracking, benefits enrollment, internship and mentorship programs, employee engagement, and events. Coordinates with payroll, staffing agencies, IT, facilities, and internal teams while providing employee support and maintaining confidential information. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems, ideally Workday.

Manage month-end close, prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets, maintain general ledger, oversee AP/AR, track scholarships and sponsorships, support audits and 990 tax schedules, prepare Board/Finance Committee presentations, and configure Workday financial reports and processes. Collaborate across departments and support improvements to financial systems and controls.
