Create, curate, publish, and optimize daily social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Substack, and other platforms. Develop memes, graphics, videos, scripts, Reels, and TikToks; monitor breaking news and trends; analyze performance metrics; manage the social media calendar; coordinate cross-team campaigns and trainings; support influencer outreach; and edit staff social content. The role represents Public Citizen through dynamic video and advocacy-focused digital communications.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Co-Presidents: manage scheduling, travel, correspondence, reports, electronic records, board communications and logistics, coordinate with HR and vendors, assist Chief of Staff, support event planning, and troubleshoot basic IT issues while maintaining strict confidentiality.
