Build Phonely's channel partner program from scratch: recruit, onboard, enable, and manage partners (resellers, tech partners, agencies, SIs). Create enablement materials, negotiate agreements, drive partner-sourced revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, represent the company at events, and iterate on strategy based on performance.

Own onboarding and support for SMB and mid-market customers: run demos and training, deploy live, monitor account health, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, manage inbound support, document feedback, build relationships, track onboarding metrics, and collaborate with sales on handoffs and upsells.

Generate pipeline through cold outreach and inbound follow-up, run discovery calls and demos, own opportunities, iterate messaging and outbound strategy with founders, build and document outbound playbooks, translate customer feedback into improvements, and mentor junior BDRs to raise team performance.

Drive pipeline through outbound and inbound outreach (calls, emails, DMs, events). Qualify inbound leads, run discovery calls and demos, create opportunities, and work with founders to refine messaging and close deals. Become an expert in voice AI and push opportunities forward with urgency.

Own and build Phonely's demand generation engine end-to-end: architect HubSpot, define funnel and metrics (CAC, conversion, attribution), run experiments, build nurture/onboarding, grow channels (SEO, paid, email, partnerships), and partner with sales to convert interest into pipeline and revenue.

Work with founders to create growth-focused short-form video and written content for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts. Edit and optimize video, write captions and hooks, design visuals in Canva/Figma, maintain posting cadence, cover launches and news, and analyze performance to inform strategy.
