Manage IT and engineering procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor coordination, acquisition planning, compliance with DoD/Navy/FAR, tracking deliveries, maintaining procurement documentation, lifecycle support, cost analysis and budgeting support, and assisting with audits and compliance reviews to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical equipment and services.

Perform system integration, RF/configuration testing, link budgeting, spectrum and co-site analysis, and lifecycle engineering for secure voice and tactical datalinks across platforms (ARC-210, MIDS-JTRS, MUOS, LINK 16/11/22).

Administer, maintain, and secure enterprise IT systems across global LVC environments for the Navy. Perform patching, updates, troubleshooting, security configuration, log maintenance, and documentation. Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and support system reliability and performance.

Maintain requirements traceability, support ICDs and design artifacts, collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams, and participate in verification, validation, audits, and contract deliverables to meet DoD standards.
