Lead local customer engagement and business development for defense customers at NAWS China Lake. Build relationships, identify and advance opportunities across test range O&M, software engineering, AI, automation, IT, and cybersecurity. Support capture/proposal efforts, partner development, community outreach, and provide market intelligence and leadership updates to drive strategic growth.

Provide hands-on engineering support for design, integration, analysis, and certification of PNT systems across naval aviation platforms. Work includes GPS, INS/EGI, NAVWAR, RADALT, NAVAIDs, technical reviews, flight clearances, system specification, testing, and training support under guidance of senior engineers.

Support field installations, user technical assistance, requirements analysis, cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability testing, and documentation while managing multiple project tasks.

Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, secure, and support Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office, Java, Visual Studio, Raytheon EAGLE, SharePoint/Power Platform). Provide ticketing-system support to application owners and developers, implement DISA STIGS, perform upgrades/patching (may include occasional off-hours), and perform other assigned duties.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain real-time aircraft tracking and training software for military ranges. Collaborate with hardware, network, and systems teams; support field installations; perform debugging, database coordination, and lifecycle documentation; and ensure software meets DoD cybersecurity standards through static analysis and vulnerability assessments.

Design, build, and support automation solutions working with product owners and senior developers. Develop bots using UiPath and/or Power Apps, use Microsoft Office integrations, perform testing, maintain documentation, provide Orchestrator tenancy support, troubleshoot automations, and assist integration and acceptance testing.

Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines and data architectures using Informatica and Databricks in AWS GovCloud. Author and optimize SQL and Python scripts, build secure RESTful APIs, perform data validation, migrations from on-premises to cloud, and troubleshoot performance issues across large datasets. Support DON Jupiter enterprise environment and related ETL frameworks.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot secure AWS-based DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines. Develop containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and EKS; enhance automation and pipeline tooling; conduct testing and validation; and support secure software delivery. Provide technical guidance, training, demonstrations, documentation, and customer support while collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Leads avionics systems integration and operations personnel supporting F-35 aircraft, flight testing, modifications, reconfiguration, and operational readiness. Supervises technical staff, coordinates flight-test assets and mission requirements, ensures Naval Aviation safety and quality compliance, advises government and contractor leadership, analyzes technical issues, and supports corrective actions, reporting, and program documentation.
