Owns the employee experience from pre-boarding through separation. Manages onboarding, orientation, 30/60/90 check-ins, stay surveys, retention reporting, staff affinity groups, HR concierge services, engagement programming, and supports talent acquisition. Tracks data in ADP Workforce Now and produces quarterly retention insights to reduce early turnover and strengthen mission-aligned culture.

Manage intake, tracking, and resolution of incidents, claims, complaints, and subpoenas.
