The Web Developer will design and develop enterprise-level web applications, lead small teams, and mentor junior developers while enhancing their skillset.

Support and coordinate IT security programs and policies. Provide information assurance and security guidance to developers, administrators, and owners. Support ATO processes, mentor engineers, and ensure resilient, compliant production operations for mission-critical microservices.

Lead design and implementation of AWS-based cloud modernization and migration projects, including serverless architectures, multi-region active-active resiliency, disaster recovery, Amazon FSx integration, hybrid cloud networking, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation. Provide technical leadership throughout migration lifecycles, ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, highly available cloud solutions.

Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise Oracle databases and PL/SQL code. Maintain data feeds and integrations (NiFi, AWS, APIs), perform production debugging, tuning using Oracle diagnostics (AWR/ASH/ADDM/TKPROF), support ETL/batch processing, deployments, data migration, reconciliation, and collaborate with DBAs, developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams. Produce documentation and runbooks.

Lead DoD-focused cybersecurity and privacy compliance technical projects in secure cloud environments. Manage cross-functional teams, develop project plans and risk assessments, support cyber workforce development, oversee privacy compliance, coordinate acquisitions, and translate technical requirements for executive stakeholders.

Design, assess, and secure enterprise cloud infrastructure per DoD standards. Develop technical requirements, service catalogs, and XaaS specs. Implement IAM, encryption, and network/data protections; perform vulnerability monitoring and security assessments. Support application migrations, produce acquisition/technical documentation, and advise stakeholders on secure cloud design and compliance.
