Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple business entities using QuickBooks Online. Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts; process accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and billing; prepare financial reports; support month-end and year-end close; organize documentation; and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and accounting professionals while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
