 What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan that consistently generates high-quality referrals
  • Build lasting relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, senior centers, and case managers
  • Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and community functions
  • Track outreach efforts, referrals, and metrics in our CRM
  • Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure seamless, compassionate client experiences
  • Meet and exceed referral and growth goals — your success fuels our mission

  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales targets
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable traveling throughout NE Dallas and surrounding communities
