Supports Air Force Cyber Assessment Team operations by conducting Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments worldwide. Performs ACAS scans, vulnerability and endpoint security assessments, troubleshooting, checklist completion, risk briefings, personnel training, leadership presentations, and assessment coordination. Maintains required certifications, supports site preparation, facilitates meetings, documents findings, and advises commanders and technical personnel on cyber defense risks and compliance.

Designs and maintains enterprise CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code automation, container platforms, and secure application deployment processes. Integrates security testing and controls across the SDLC, manages vulnerability remediation using Fortify and Tenable, supports Kubernetes and Rancher environments, and ensures compliance with FISMA, NIST, NIH, and HHS requirements. Engineer and maintain enterprise Windows environments in a federal IT setting. Troubleshoot complex operating system, application, hardware, security, and performance issues; support Active Directory and Group Policy; provide Tier 3 assistance; manage software lifecycles; create remediation automation; produce compliance dashboards and reports; and coordinate with cybersecurity and support teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of related technical experience, Security+ certification, DoD 8570 IAT II or 8140 compliance, and a Secret clearance. Work is primarily onsite.

Lead enterprise network administration for Army Transportation Command: install, configure, and maintain routers/switches (Cisco IOS-XE/Nexus), implement firewall/proxy changes, prioritize SIPRNet service restoration, perform diagnostic isolation with providers (RNECs, DISA), produce fault-attribution reports, and maintain network documentation and configurations.
