Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
- Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
- Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
- Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
- Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
- Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
Education & Experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field)
Certifications
- ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity
Security Clearance
- Secret clearance
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
- Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with enterprise oversight of all CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Skills Required
- 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity

- PMP certification (recommended)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (recommended)
- ITIL Foundation or higher

- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience ensuring Section 508 accessibility compliance
- Experience managing QASP, Risk Register, and Task Order Management activities
- Ability to work onsite at Scott Air Force Base and oversee CONUS/OCONUS sites
