The Lead Pastor of Missions oversees outreach efforts, cultivates a missional culture, develops strategies, and leads teams while providing pastoral care and spiritual leadership.

Provide administrative support to the One Church Recruiting team by coordinating schedules, interviews, travel itineraries, events, reporting, and recruitment assets. Manage purchase orders, expense tracking, updates to recruiting materials, and maintain the online recruiting platform. Facilitate cross-campus communication, develop resources and tools, and ensure timely delivery of administrative projects and tasks to support recruiting operations and team collaboration.

Plan, write, edit, and deliver internal communications that keep staff informed, aligned, and connected. Develop communication strategies and editorial calendars, support leadership messaging, manage intranet and digital tools, capture organizational storytelling, and collaborate with the Creative Team to produce clear, consistent, and engaging staff communications.
