Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy's and others. Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, document tests, and collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Site Experience teams to improve customer lifetime value and retention.

Lead and scale a CX team for DTC beauty brands by implementing AI/chatbot automation, optimizing KPIs (CSAT, FCR, LTV), managing staffing and budgets, improving omnichannel fulfillment workflows, and partnering with senior leadership to drive e-commerce growth and customer loyalty.
