Build and manage high-touch partner engagement programs for Stand Together Ventures. Recruit and onboard high-potential partners, deepen relationships, match expertise to initiatives, create peer-driven events and working groups, establish feedback processes, and execute long-term engagement plans. Lead HR technology strategy and execution as the primary IT partner for People. Stabilize and improve HRIS and supporting systems, define governance and intake/prioritization, align HR systems with enterprise data and IT architecture, coordinate releases, and translate HR priorities into scalable system roadmaps and operational improvements.
