Provide hands-on technical leadership for a large WordPress and Drupal ecosystem. Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Node.js backend services and integrations for consumer web apps on AWS. Build secure, high-performance APIs, improve CI/CD and observability, enforce engineering standards, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and design to deliver solutions.

Designs, builds, and governs enterprise identity and access management across human and non-human identities. Implements Okta and Auth0 solutions, SSO, MFA, federation, lifecycle management, privileged access, secrets management, workload identity, and least-privilege controls. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams on identity-first and zero-trust designs, leads IAM tooling migrations, and establishes monitoring, auditing, incident response, and compliance practices. The role also advises teams on identity security and emerging AI-agent governance.

Edit and elevate written content across platforms, maintain and develop the organization's style guide, manage editorial workflows, and coach writers to ensure clear, audience-appropriate voice and high-quality copy that supports Stand Together's mission.

Manage and operationalize a portfolio of media partnerships: develop partnership plans, coordinate production and stakeholders, create creative briefs, track timelines, contracts, and deliverables, and establish workflows to scale proactive, strategic media collaborations that align with organizational priorities.
