Stand Together Foundation partners with nonprofit leaders to build their capacity for durable, mission-driven impact that not only serves their communities well, but challenges prevailing paradigms about the individuals they serve and the challenges those people face. As part of our work, we help leaders refine their messaging and storytelling and, when needed, apply it to specific engagements (keynote remarks, podcast interviews, all-staff retreats) where they’ll share that message. As a Program Manager, you’ll own the operational management and day-to-day execution of programming connected to this leader coaching program. Program management for this initiative includes, but is not limited to, measuring impact, managing vendor partnerships, coordinating stakeholders, running events, facilitating learning sessions (virtual and in person), and collaborating with the internal team to prioritize and source opportunities.
A successful Program Manager will maintain lead smooth programming, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and drive execution that elevates Stand Together Foundations’ non-profit leader support.
