Provides senior administrative and operational support to Space Force leadership, including meeting and visitor coordination, document control, staffing action tracking, personnel and travel administration, records management, tasker management, briefing preparation, and policy or guidance dissemination. The role supports senior staff interaction with DoD and interagency offices and requires expertise with Microsoft Office, TMT, and classified documentation processes.

Manage cybersecurity compliance and authorization for classified DoD information systems. Lead RMF implementation, eMASS documentation, security control evidence, POA&Ms, continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, access control, incident response, and DCSA assessments. Provides legislative expertise, strategic recommendations, courses of action, stakeholder coordination, and rapid-response products while maintaining continuity and long-term reporting for congressional and senior military audiences.

Provides advanced IT and executive support to USSPACECOM priority customers. Manages help desk tickets, account access, hardware and software issues, LANs, mobile devices, printers, VTC services, and onsite system configurations. Coordinates escalations with system owners, supports executive visits and national-level exercises, tracks service metrics, and maintains continuity of operations for command leadership.

Maintain configuration management baselines, change records, system documentation, infrastructure diagrams, configuration inventories, and version histories for classified and unclassified DoD systems. Document configuration control board decisions, conduct monthly audits, reconcile discrepancies, support RMF and security authorization activities, and coordinate changes with engineering, cybersecurity, network, and system-owner teams. Provide status reporting, lifecycle transition support, and mentorship on configuration control practices.

Supports U.S. Space Force international affairs and space mission integration programs. Responsibilities include analyzing cooperative agreements, drafting documentation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting international working groups and engagements, translating technical information into program products, tracking agreement status, and providing liaison and reporting support to SSC/IA leadership.

Develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and sustains C++ and C# software for high-fidelity missile warning training in JLVC HLA environments. Responsibilities include software architecture, requirements analysis, agile development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, customer collaboration, risk identification, and schedule estimation across classified and unclassified environments.

Integrate applications using RTI-s and FOM, perform agile development in classified and unclassified settings, and contribute to testing, documentation, deployment, and sustainment.
