Supports the Community Manager with resident relations, leasing activities, property inspections, office administration, maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency management, financial reporting, and community events. Handles resident inquiries, tours, applications, lease documentation, records, correspondence, and policy enforcement while helping maintain property standards and financial performance.

Oversee daily operations of a 100+ unit affordable housing community for senior and disabled residents. Responsibilities include Section 42 and Project-Based Section 8 compliance, rent collection, budgeting, resident relations, maintenance coordination, leasing, reporting, documentation, and supervision of onsite staff. The role is fully onsite in Fort Collins, Colorado, with no travel required.
