South Beach by Logan is a premier Class A luxury apartment community committed to providing exceptional living experiences to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to support our Community Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our property. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming and vibrant community environment. 

Responsibilities:

    Resident Relations: 

    • Assist in addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 

    • Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction and retention. 

    • Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote resident engagement. 

    Leasing Support: 

    • Assist with leasing activities, including conducting tours of the property, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. 

    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions and resident information. 

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track marketing campaigns and strategies. 

    Administrative Duties: 

    • Maintain organized and efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies. 

    • Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and other documentation as needed. 

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. 

    • Property Management: 

      • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards. 

      • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve maintenance requests and issues promptly. 

      • Assist in the enforcement of community policies and regulations to maintain a high standard of living for residents. 

      Financial Responsibilities: 

      • Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts. 

      • Help in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports. 

      • Support the Community Manager in managing the property's budget and financial performance. 

Qualifications:

     
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a Class A/luxury setting. 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. 

    • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite. 

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 

    • Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset. 

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Skills Required
