Responsibilities:
Assist in addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction and retention.
Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote resident engagement.
Assist with leasing activities, including conducting tours of the property, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions and resident information.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track marketing campaigns and strategies.
Maintain organized and efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies.
Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and other documentation as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve maintenance requests and issues promptly.
Assist in the enforcement of community policies and regulations to maintain a high standard of living for residents.
Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts.
Help in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
Support the Community Manager in managing the property's budget and financial performance.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a Class A/luxury setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
