Manage implementation of the Strategic Plan to Advance Racial Equity (SP-ARE) and PHIG reporting for Massachusetts DPH. Lead cross-department coordination, establish project management processes, track milestones and KPIs, prepare reports and briefings, maintain SharePoint, and center health and racial equity in project delivery. Serve as advisor, facilitator, and collaborator to align resources and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Supports implementation of multiple Rural Health Transformation Program projects, coordinating stakeholders and contractors, tracking milestones, risks, deliverables, and compliance requirements. Prepares reports, meeting materials, implementation updates, workflows, and guidance documents; maintains project records and version control. The role also supports meetings, troubleshoots operational challenges, gathers feedback, and contributes to implementation strategies and continuous improvement for a public health program.

Lead and manage a multi-level public health program team supporting OD2A initiatives: supervise staff, oversee budgets and contracts, ensure program delivery and reporting, coordinate stakeholders, implement systems/processes, evaluate program performance, and support grant and donor reporting.
