Lead campus academic and instructional vision for students with autism and emotional/developmental challenges. Ensure compliance with state standards, supervise teachers, manage IEP processes and academic budget, and build relationships with families, districts, and community partners.

Lead and oversee systems supporting students with autism and behavioral challenges, ensure IEP compliance, coordinate IEP processes, implement school initiatives, run staff training, and build partnerships with families, districts, and community stakeholders to improve student outcomes.

Lead instructional quality and staff development for special education programs. Mentor teachers, conduct classroom observations, ensure IEP compliance, deliver staff training, and partner with leadership to improve instructional outcomes and school operations.
