Plans and conducts electrical, mechanical, functional, durability, and failure-mode testing for automotive components and systems. Operates and maintains test equipment, develops fixtures and measurement methods, performs calibration and gauge R&R studies, analyzes results using statistical process control, and prepares reports and recommendations. The role also supports prototype manufacturing, audits, suppliers, corrective actions, and training while interpreting engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the President and COO, including calendar and email management, correspondence, travel coordination, expense reporting, presentation creation, meeting logistics, research, follow-up tracking, and confidential administrative duties.

Processes invoices, resolves payment issues, maintains vendor and accounting documentation, completes month-end journal entries and reconciliations, prepares reports, supports fixed asset and expense accounting, and participates in continuous improvement activities.

Manages commercial relationships and sales communications with Subaru and other automotive customers. Negotiates pricing, tooling, design changes, and cost targets; resolves commercial and financial discrepancies; coordinates RFQs and customer expectations; monitors profitability; supports quality and environmental procedures; and mentors junior account representatives.
