Manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing across the organization: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Maintain ATS and HR records, ensure hiring compliance, support employee relations, policy interpretation, reporting, and HR projects to improve engagement and retention. Must support multiple shifts in a manufacturing environment.
