The Physician Account Representative engages with physicians and healthcare staff to build partnerships that enhance access to diagnostic imaging, promote services, and ensure efficient patient care.

Field-based sales role expanding access to imaging services in the personal-injury market by building relationships with physicians, attorneys, and office staff. Duties include prospecting, cold calling, territory strategy, pipeline management, client education, issue resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to drive referrals, utilization, and revenue growth.

Build and maintain physician and office relationships to drive referrals to SimonMed imaging services. Conduct territory planning, cold calling, in-person or virtual visits, deliver educational in-services, track performance against sales goals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient access and provider satisfaction.

Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function including vendor and landlord payments, 1099 compliance, lease administration, month-end close support, reconciliations, audit support, process improvements, AP system projects, and supervise AP staff to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled financial operations.

Manage full-cycle payroll: maintain payroll files, monitor timecards, process payroll transactions (401K, HSA, garnishments), produce manual checks, ensure multi-state and federal compliance, answer payroll inquiries, and support payroll policy and process improvements.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, manage complex employee relations and investigations, coach leaders on performance and corrective actions, drive engagement and culture initiatives, ensure HR compliance with laws and policies, and improve HR processes and training to support organizational effectiveness.
