The Lead Analyst will oversee the Integrated Master Schedule for a major LNG project, conducting critical path analysis, forecasting, and progress validation while coordinating closely with contractors and project leadership.

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning and analysis, develops financial models, analyzes project performance, and assists in budgeting and reporting activities.

The Lead Analyst, Project Cost will oversee cost management for LNG projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors.

The Senior Project Engineer manages minor capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety, budget, and timelines, while coordinating multiple engineering disciplines.

Monitor market and operational risk across natural gas, LNG, and related markets. Perform sensitivity, scenario, and stress analyses; track exposures and limits; support hedging evaluation; maintain risk registers and reports; validate data and reconciliations; collaborate with Trading, Middle Office, Project Controls, Finance, and IT to identify and mitigate risks.

Support strategic growth through financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedent transactions), market research, and transaction execution. Prepare investment memos, manage due diligence and data rooms, coordinate advisors, analyze cash flows and downside scenarios, and track deal workstreams and timelines while partnering with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Lead financial reporting and technical accounting for consolidated and business-unit GAAP financial statements, drive SEC reporting readiness, manage reporting staff, coordinate audits, research complex accounting issues, maintain debt covenant compliance, and support due diligence and special accounting projects.

Support day-to-day treasury operations including daily cash position and 13-week forecasting, banking administration, payment processing, debt tracking, internal controls, and recurring liquidity and debt reporting. Work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Legal and assist with TMS implementation, ad hoc M&A or financing analyses, and treasury policy updates.

Lead end-to-end monthly revenue accounting for upstream entities, manage revenue journal entries, oversee sales volume allocations, severance tax, royalties and distributions, maintain controls, support audits, supervise revenue accounting staff, and improve revenue accounting processes and systems.

Own general ledger integrity and month-end close for upstream (E&P) entities. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, DD&A and ARO accounting, lease accounting (ASC 842), variance analysis to AFEs, audit support, control documentation, and process improvements supporting acquisitions/divestitures.
