Lead general accounting for downstream operations including month-end close, reconciliations, balance sheet ownership (inventory, terminals, transportation), SOX compliance, audits, management reporting, process improvements, system implementations, and team development to support finance and operational stakeholders.

Lead market benchmarking, manage annual pay cycle, build job architecture, support offers and executive benchmarking, ensure regulatory compliance, deliver training, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, and serve as HRIS and external vendor liaison for compensation matters.
