Drive branded foodservice (K-12) case sales in the West region by managing broker networks, distributors and end-user relationships. Own bid processes, pricing actions, forecasting, profitability and deductions. Attend industry events, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve account issues to meet sales and net sales targets.

Manage customer deduction portfolio to resolve and prevent AR deductions: perform root-cause analysis, validate documentation, enter and maintain trade settlements, coordinate with Sales/Customer Service/brokers, identify trends, drive process improvements, support KPIs and audits.
