Manage agency partners and cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and campaign ROI, mentor the IMX team, and support category expansion and growth.

Drive market measurement and commercial analytics using syndicated and internal data to support Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Produce recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, monitor performance across brand/category/channel/region, and support business reviews and planning.

Lead the Customer Experience team and own end-to-end order-to-cash and order management strategy. Set escalation processes, monitor KPIs (CSAT, fill rates, on-time fulfillment), resolve complex customer issues, partner with Supply Chain/Sales/Logistics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective use of SAP/ERP systems to maintain data integrity and operational standards.
