Design the end-to-end user experience for a Business Partners Portal used by external distributors and internal teams. Create wireframes, prototypes, responsive UI, design systems, user journeys, visual assets, and documentation. Support UAT, produce training materials, and collaborate daily with developers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented and handed off.

Lead design, build, and deploy of a Business Partners Portal (3-month timeline) enabling distributors to submit POs, track status, receive notifications, manage documents, and route workflows. Implement secure authentication, role-based access, cloud-hosted environments, disaster recovery, and support UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, documentation, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Drive market measurement and commercial analytics using syndicated and internal data to support Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Produce recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, monitor performance across brand/category/channel/region, and support business reviews and planning.
