Lead planning and execution of fundraising and cultivation events (including the annual Gala), generate event revenue, manage donors and prospects, coordinate vendors/staff/volunteers, handle event marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, and operations, and work with leadership and the Board to meet revenue goals.

Manage fiscal operations for various programs, ensuring compliance with funding sources. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and audits while supervising 1-2 Contract Accountants.

The Payroll Coordinator processes payroll for over 1,800 employees, maintains payroll records, resolves payroll issues, and ensures compliance with regulations. They work closely with HR on employee salary setups and run reports from ADP.
