Support the Inflight Services Manager by coordinating communications among crews, operations, vendors, and customers; manage supplies, catering, and on-site problem solving to maintain safe, on-time flight operations at the CVG station.

Supports the AMOS software competency center by serving as the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining SOPs, monitoring and auditing data, and assisting with patch testing and UAT. Coordinates with IT on escalated problems, supports AMOS analysts, promotes system adoption, reduces process workarounds, and travels as required for training, conferences, and workshops.

The Accounts Receivable Lead manages AR records, prepares invoices, handles customer reconciliations, and supports the financial department while ensuring compliance with accounting processes.

The Purchaser coordinates procurement of aircraft parts, ensures compliance with policies, manages inventory needs, and communicates procurement issues.

The Structures Engineering Liaison ensures compliance with regulations for aircraft modifications, coordinates with engineering and regulatory bodies, and develops engineering documentation and improvement modifications for fleet maintenance.

Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely, perform preflight and post-flight inspections, and manage necessary paperwork. Follow all policies and regulations.

Performance Engineers manage flight planning and aircraft performance software, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

The Assistant Director of Operations will oversee Flight Operations, ensuring safety and compliance, documenting procedures, coordinating with management, and monitoring electronic flight bag releases.
