Design, verify, and debug new products, tooling, and fixtures; support sample builds; optimize fixtures and tooling; identify and mitigate development risks; troubleshoot production issues; ensure customer requirements and TS16949 quality compliance; prepare APQP documentation.

Develops and delivers onboarding and ongoing training programs for coating pre-assembly production staff; manages training documentation, audit support, quality and safety training, data collection and reporting to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
