- Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related STEM discipline
- Ability to read and understand English documents
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers
- At least one year of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency with UG, CATIA, and AutoCAD three-dimensional software
- Experience preparing APQP documents, including FMEA, BOM, process flow diagrams, and DVP&R
- Ability to travel and work in a manufacturing environment
- Mandarin reading, writing, or speaking ability
