Source and engage US-based passive candidates for RPO and retained search roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. Conduct 20–30 minute structured phone/video screens, document results in the ATS, maintain candidate records, provide weekly sourcing updates, and coordinate with stakeholders and India-based sourcing operations.

Responsible for consultative selling into Escalon's existing client base: identify HR outsourcing opportunities, coach Client Engagement Managers, lead strategic conversations with executives, manage pipeline in Salesforce, scope/price deals, and ensure seamless handoffs while reducing client risk and cost.
