Support setup, operation, and teardown of staging, lighting, sound, and production equipment. Load/unload gear, follow crew instructions, maintain a safe backstage environment, inspect and report equipment issues, and assist performers and production staff during live events.

Supervise and coordinate outside/event parking operations, traffic control, signage, cashier vaults and cash handling. Manage staffing, equipment, permits, vendor/subcontractor coordination, inventories and financial reconciliations. Liaise with police and event management, enforce policies, operate vehicles and heavy equipment, and work irregular hours including nights and weekends.

Provide level 1–2 IT and POS support for stadium events: setup, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking, coordinate vendors, perform system walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, track RMAs, and support event operations including late nights and weekends.

The Ticket Seller processes ticket sales, answers customer inquiries, balances transactions, maintains sales reports, and works flexible hours including nights and weekends.

The Account Coordinator oversees customer orders, ensuring completion and accuracy while providing support on orders, returns, and billing.

Drive revenue by developing and closing partnerships with local, regional, and national brands. Prospect, negotiate, and secure new and existing branded merchandise deals. Coordinate internal teams to create solutions, attend events to build relationships, meet revenue targets, supervise staff functions, and maintain strong communication across account management, production, operations, and creative teams.

Manage day-to-day customer relationships for branded merchandise and event partners, drive revenue and retention, lead proposals and order fulfillment, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and licensing compliance.

Lead new business generation and sales for premium stadium seating: prospect, set appointments, deliver on-campus and off-site presentations, secure five- and six-figure commitments, manage CRM records, nurture VIP relationships, handle renewals and contracts, meet individual and team sales targets, and work non-traditional hours including game days.
