About the Role

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative processes, maintaining CRM data, preparing client-facing materials, and coordinating communications across departments. This position helps drive revenue growth by ensuring sales opportunities progress efficiently, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting the successful execution of partnerships, events, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

ABOUT MESA CONVENTION CENTER

Located in downtown Mesa, Arizona, Mesa Convention Center is the largest event venue in the East Valley. The venue features nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, 26 breakout rooms, 40,000 square feet of outdoor function space, and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for up to 5,000 guests. From conferences and trade shows to community gatherings, festivals, and live entertainment, Mesa Convention Center provides a versatile setting for memorable events and experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

• Coordinate sales operations by supporting the team with proposals, contracts, and client communications to keep deals moving smoothly
• Manage CRM systems by updating client information, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate sales records
• Assist with preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings and pitches
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events, partnerships, or client agreements
• Monitor sales pipelines and provide administrative support to help the team meet revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely responses and high-quality service
  

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

Education and/or Experience          

• H.S. Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.

Skills and Abilities  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Experience with CRM system and preparing sales presentations and/or reports

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

• This role is based on site in Mesa, AZ
• You may be required to work a non traditional schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
