Lead sponsorship sales for Save Mart Center by developing and executing sales plans, cultivating new and existing sponsor relationships, negotiating multi-year deals, managing revenue pipelines and reporting, and representing the organization at events. Drive annual recurring revenue, pricing strategy, and client satisfaction while occasionally working nights, weekends, and travel as required.

Manage high-volume venue box office operations: build events in Ticketmaster, supervise and schedule ticket sellers, handle cash and reconciliations, process group and comp orders, coordinate event details with promoters and facility staff, respond to customer inquiries, and prepare daily/settlement reports.

Provide hands-on network and systems support across a large convention center: maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity, manage backups and disaster recovery, install and test cabling, support voice/data/wireless systems, coordinate vendors, and deliver technical support for events and daily operations.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department: maintain CRM/event calendars, coordinate schedules and logistics, prepare proposals and reports, track contracts and documentation, support sales events, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Perform event and daily accounting tasks including event settlements, flash reports, cash and ticket collection entries, month-end reconciliations and journal entries. Support accounts payable batch review, internal and external audits, exhibitor services audits, run online ordering reports, research discrepancies, and liaise with sales, event services, operations and clients to ensure compliance with facility policies.

Support marketing and event operations at JPJ Arena by assisting with marketing plan development and execution, creating social media graphics and videos, managing email campaigns and community outreach, maintaining the website and community calendars, and helping with event promotions and logistics, including nights and weekends.

Design and produce digital, print, and in-arena visual assets to support marketing, ticket sales, partnerships, and event presentation. Ensure brand consistency, manage multiple projects and vendors, maintain digital assets and templates, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaign and event creative on tight deadlines.

Provide day-to-day accounting support including general ledger and trial balance maintenance, bank reconciliations, invoicing, revenue recognition, A/R and A/P tasks, monthly financial reporting and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and ad hoc projects while supporting the Senior Finance Manager and finance team.

Administer and provide tier-1 support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM; manage user access, sales pipelines, lead routing, and data hygiene. Build automated reports and executive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Partner with digital marketing on targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and CRM-marketing integrations. Train staff and evaluate third-party CRM tools.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, manage accruals, fixed assets, revenue recognition, intercompany eliminations, prepare audit schedules and sales/use tax filings, and analyze budget-to-actual variances.
