Maintain and support the hotels network and PC environment, including switches/routers, Active Directory, POS/PMS and PBX systems. Conduct hardware/software audits and PC inventory, perform cabling and terminations, provide technical support and training, update the intranet, and perform preventative maintenance and reporting to corporate.

Process and audit multi-state payroll end-to-end for assigned properties, ensuring accurate, timely pay and regulatory compliance. Reconcile hours and earnings, manage deductions and garnishments, generate payroll and governmental reports, resolve pay discrepancies, and partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and agencies.

Prepare executive and Board presentations, coordinate stakeholders, and manage projects from sourcing through execution and opening.

Lead IT category sourcing and contracting across hardware, software, services, and equipment. Manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract execution, vendor performance, and renewals. Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Risk and Procurement to deliver data-driven sourcing strategies, cost savings, and executive presentations while using e-procurement, spend analytics, and contract lifecycle tools.
