The Director of Group Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing corporate and association group accounts, achieving sales goals, and enhancing market presence through strategic sales efforts and site inspections.

The Complex Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruitment for two hotel properties, focusing on sourcing talented individuals and supporting HR initiatives, diversity efforts, and talent acquisition tools.

Responsible for maintaining building systems, responding to maintenance requests, performing routine inspections, and ensuring safety and functionality of equipment and facilities.

Perform daily hospitality accounting tasks including cash handling, deposits, petty cash, receivables, receiving/storeroom duties, license tracking, report preparation, and support for the Finance Director. Assist with inventories, client billing reviews, meetings, data entry, and special projects while maintaining organized records and cross-department communication.

Support Design & Construction and Finance by processing and tracking contract commitments, change orders, and vendor invoices in Oracle; manage FF&E purchase orders, deposits, and compliance documentation; prepare billing/status reports and maintain preferred vendor and OS&E libraries.

Supports senior leadership and sourcing contract attorney in contract administration, review, tracking, renewals, negotiations, insurance/covenant compliance, and maintaining electronic contract databases. Acts as liaison with auditors, vendors, tenants, JV partners, and corporate legal/risk. Assists with legal expense tracking and reporting deviations for audit.

Manage daily cash operations and controls: retrieve and audit deposits, prepare bank deposits, reconcile cashier activity, administer petty cash, perform unannounced audits, maintain cash and deposit records, prepare over/short reports, handle foreign currency, and coordinate with banking and armored‑car services to safeguard hotel funds.

Manage daily storeroom operations: receive, verify, store, tag and rotate inventory; prepare receiving reports; update liquor perpetual inventory; monitor par levels and refrigeration; maintain cleanliness, documentation, and assist with inventories and package handling.

Lead property commercial strategy, develop and execute sales and marketing plans, optimize revenue with pricing and partnerships, manage digital marketing and CRM, recruit and develop sales team, and collaborate with revenue, PR, and area marketing to drive RevPAR and guest engagement.

Manage HR functions at a luxury hotel: support HR leadership, ensure compliance, execute recruitment and onboarding, maintain HRIS, administer leaves and workers' compensation, run training and engagement programs, support performance management, respond to labor issues, analyze turnover, and drive HR process improvements.
