Oversees enterprise networking, telecommunications, data centers, virtualization, storage, Citrix, technology assets, disaster recovery, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure projects, vendors, budgets, and operational standards. Ensures highly available and resilient technology platforms while driving continuous improvement, change management, business continuity, and successful infrastructure deployments across resort locations.

Supports corporate budgeting, forecasting, cash management, treasury operations, debt and lender reporting, lease accounting, and financial analysis. The role consolidates business plans and multi-year forecasts, monitors debt covenants and cash needs, prepares journal entries and executive reports, and coordinates with hotels, corporate departments, lenders, legal, and leadership. It also assists with GAAP research, accounting schedules, bank reporting, and related finance and accounting activities.

Manages hotel storeroom, receiving, inventory control, documentation, storage, replenishment, and delivery activities. Supervises team members, verifies incoming goods, monitors par levels, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages perishable and liquor inventory, conducts regular inventories, and coordinates package receipt and distribution. Ensures purchasing, requisition, security, and inventory procedures are followed to minimize waste, loss, and product deterioration.
