The tenure-track professor will conduct high-impact AI research connected to marketing and logistics, develop or rigorously evaluate innovative AI methods, publish in top-tier business journals, teach effectively, mentor students, collaborate with faculty, and contribute service to the department, university, and broader business community. The position is open rank and requires a PhD in business or a related field, along with demonstrated research capability.

Manage a portfolio of prospective major gift donors ($100,000+): identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships to secure philanthropic commitments. Set and meet performance metrics (meetings, solicitations, dollars raised). Collaborate across Advancement and university units, hire/train staff as needed, and perform regular travel including overnight trips, occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads undergraduate engagement initiatives focused on first- and second-year student learning, information literacy, outreach, and student success. Develops and assesses curricular and co-curricular programs, teaches courses and sessions, collaborates with faculty and campus stakeholders, supports orientation, contributes to reporting and committees, and supervises up to three staff members. The role also requires professional development, scholarship, service, and ongoing expertise in undergraduate education and higher education student affairs.

Manage a general accounting team to ensure accurate ledgers, reconciliations, and month/quarter/year-end close. Provide financial reporting, analysis, process improvements, and strategic support for Health System initiatives. Supervise staff, lead accounting projects, and act as subject matter expert for complex financial issues.

Conduct research developing multimodal deep learning and computer vision models using longitudinal dental radiographs, clinical data, and behavioral data to predict dental caries progression. Design attention-based and temporal learning architectures, validate models rigorously, publish findings, and collaborate with dental experts to translate results into clinically meaningful prevention and treatment insights.

Conducts natural language processing research in pharmaco-informatics, develops AI methods for biomedical text analysis, builds pharmacology data knowledge portals, collaborates on translational pharmacology research, and supports graduate student training.

Maintain, install, verify performance, and support radiation oncology equipment (linear accelerators, simulators, treatment planning/imaging systems). Collaborate with medical physicists, perform preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensure safe, effective operation of patient-care radiation therapy systems.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Division Chair for Dental Hygiene, managing scheduling, budgets, reporting, website/social media, events, faculty recruiting logistics, cloud-based documentation, and office operations. Conduct research, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and assist with program and clinical exam coordination.

Manage all fiscal operations for the Department of Pathology and its clinical practice plan. Lead budgeting, financial planning, reporting, audits, contracts, billing/AR, faculty compensation, fund oversight, and staff supervision. Advise leadership, prepare financial analyses and performance reports, and ensure compliance with university fiscal policies.

Coordinate and support general chemistry labs: assist lab supervisor with setup, develop teaching materials and TA training, monitor grading policies, manage staff meetings, respond to course inquiries, and perform related duties.
